Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us at support@cofferastore.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the parcel has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

How do I return an item?

Please do not send the item back to the address on the parcel. Contact our customer support at support@cofferastore.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with the correct return instructions and address.
