SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Range

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Expansion to other areas is being considered.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. No hidden fees — all costs are clearly stated at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday. Last order time: 5:00 PM (UK time). Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

Transit Time

(Provisional estimate — to be confirmed once our fulfilment partner is finalised.) Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days, Monday to Friday. Total delivery time: approximately 6-9 business days.

Shipping Process

We ship via DHL and FedEx (provisional — subject to change once our logistics partner is confirmed). All shipments are insured, and we use sustainable packaging where possible.

Tracking Instructions

After purchase, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order via our Track Your Order page.

Missing Items Procedure

Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package at support@nookandnudge.com.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Personalised items cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or not as described, in which case Nook & Nudge covers the cost. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return, to the original payment method.

Restocking Fee

Nook & Nudge does not charge a restocking fee for any returns.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
