Grown at high altitudes up to 1,900 meters, these Bourbon and Typica beans are meticulously hand-sorted in Kigali to ensure perfection.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Precision takes time, but not too much. Our Standard Delivery aims to get your goods to your door between 2 and 4 working days. We source our equipment from specialised global partners to ensure you get the best engineering at the best value. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey.
Can I return coffee if I opened the bag?
Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if you believe the coffee is defective or not up to our quality standards, please contact support@cofferastore.com.
What if my coffee arrives damaged?
Precision extends to our delivery. If your package arrives compromised, simply snap a photo and email us. We will dispatch a fresh replacement immediately.
I ordered whole beans but wanted ground. Can I swap?
If your order has not yet shipped, email us immediately and we will try to amend it. If it has already arrived, we unfortunately cannot exchange it due to food safety regulations.
