Sourced from smallholder producers in San Cristobal de las Casas, this coffee is decaffeinated using clear water from Mexico's highest mountain—a natural process that leaves the bean's soul untouched.
We have roasted it to a medium profile to highlight its inherent smoothness. The result is a wonderfully mellow and approachable cup, with comforting, sweet notes of creamy milk chocolate and roasted nuts. It is a tranquil escape in every sip.

Can I return coffee if I opened the bag?
Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if you believe the coffee is defective or not up to our quality standards, please contact support@cofferastore.com.
What if my coffee arrives damaged?
Precision extends to our delivery. If your package arrives compromised, simply snap a photo and email us. We will dispatch a fresh replacement immediately.
I ordered whole beans but wanted ground. Can I swap?
If your order has not yet shipped, email us immediately and we will try to amend it. If it has already arrived, we unfortunately cannot exchange it due to food safety regulations.
